Is it fully waterproof? Can I submerge it?
The WDB05 is water-resistant, not a submersion-rated diving bag. Roll the top down at least three times and clip it, and the seal keeps rain, splashes and spray out, so your gear stays dry on a kayak, a beach or a wet deck. It is not made to be held underwater for long periods.
How do I close it so it seals and floats?
Fill it no higher than the fill line, press out the excess air, fold the top over itself three or more times, then clip the buckle. Leaving a little air trapped inside is what lets it float, and the more turns you roll, the better the seal.
What fits in 5 litres?
Plenty for a day out: a towel, a change of clothes, a phone, a wallet, keys, sunglasses and snacks, or a wetsuit and soaked gear on the way home. It is a day-trip size, not a multi-day pack.
