Can I replace the battery?
The Li-ion battery is built into the unit and is not user-replaceable. With proper care — including a top-up charge every 3 months during extended storage — the integrated cell provides reliable long-term performance.
Is it waterproof enough for rain?
The TUBE V2.0 carries an IP65 rating, which means it's fully sealed against dust and protected from water jets in any direction. It'll handle rain, splashes, and a rinse under the tap. It's not rated for submersion, so avoid dropping it in a pool or stream.
Does it remember my last brightness setting?
The Infinitely Variable Brightness mode does not have mode memory. Each time you activate it, you'll ramp through the brightness range from scratch. The fixed LOW (1 lumen) and HIGH (55 lumen) modes are always available via single press and double press shortcuts.
Will the light turn on accidentally in my pocket?
The built-in Lockout Mode prevents accidental activation. With the light on, hold the button for 3 seconds until the LED flashes to engage lockout. Hold again for 3 seconds to unlock. The lockout also disengages automatically when you plug in a USB-C cable to charge.
How do I know when the battery is low?
The output will start to dim or the light may become unresponsive when the battery is running low. During charging, the blue indicator on the power button stays on steady, then turns off when charging is complete.
